- 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% Refund of the total trip cost
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 25% Refund of the total trip cost
- Less than 7 days / No Show: 0% Refund (No money can be returned)
Important Terms to Remember
- Flights & Trains: Flight and train ticket cancellations depend strictly on the respective airline or railway policies.
- Peak Season: For holiday bookings (like New Year, Christmas, or long weekends), refunds might be lower depending on hotel rules.
- Activity Tickets: Wildlife safari tickets, monuments entry passes, and event tickets are 100% non-refundable once booked.
How to Request a Cancellation (3 Easy Steps)
- Send an Email: Write to us from your registered email address at cancellations@yourtravelagency.com.
- Provide Details: Please mention your Booking ID, Full Name, and Trip Name in the email subject.
- Wait for Confirmation: Our team will review your request and send a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours.
When Will You Get Your Money?
Once your cancellation request is approved by our team:
- Your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI).
- It typically takes 5 to 7 working days for the amount to show up in your bank statement.
